Coordinated a storage move in with Eric’s company completely remotely, as I am still out of the area at present. Everything went without a hitch. From quote to storage unit keys in hand- excellent communication, problem solving/forward thinking, they even took my job despite being 1.5 hours outside their normal headquarters area. We’ve never hired movers before but the process was very easy. Signed up online, owner texted to confirm and confirmed again day of. Movers were really fast and careful even though it was hot, humid and lots of tight stairs. Can’t recommend Jeremy and Alex enough!

Team showed up and got to work right away. Most of the heavy stuff was either going upstairs or down into the basement and they handled it professionally. My wife had a method for organizing the boxes, and they took care to make sure the right boxes went into the right piles. As time was pretty much out, they still offered to help put together a table. Would definitely use again--thanks!

Please do not use these guys. I needed to move for disabled father from one assisted place to another. They were very pleasant at first and advised me of their pricing, which sounded very reasonable for a small amount of things. By the note we committed to a move date, they changed the pricing again. It was too late for me to go with another mover and had to agree. When the moving day came, they tried to charge for more time than it actually took. Very disappointed in their company and service. If you decide to use them, please make sure you monitor their moving and travel schedule

Trying to move in the best travel time of the summer made it difficult to find helpers. Then you add the layer of being new to the community. I was at a point 1 1/2 week ago of just not knowing what to do and a verge of tears. A friend suggested hire folks to help. So I looked up and two companies came highly rated. One didn't even respond to me, ever. Then there was Eric's Moving who contacted me with an hour of my first initial contact. Great communication, reasonably priced, flexible to work with. They checked on me every step of the way. Gave reminders, texted to see how my move was going and even offered to help me when I had hit an issue with my truck on my moving from side. They were great! Then you add how quick they were to unload. Unbelievable! I'm going to tell anyone that moves to use them. Thanks Randy and Dan for making my move less stressful.

Very courteous, professional. Eric and Grady were very mindful of our things and made sure everything was placed where we wanted. They were health conscious of others as we r seniors and moved into an apartment building with a diversity of tenants. They worked professionally and efficiently with the maintenance technician and made sure we were well taken care of. We used them to help us unload our U-haul after a move from out of state. We had a delay and they were very flexible with us and understanding. They were in constant contact with me through text and email making it very easy to get a hold of someone. They worked quickly and efficiently and took good care of my items. Eric and his staff assisted me with a move across town. I'm a first time home owner so I was very nervous but Eric put me at ease with his positivity, professionalism, and friendliness. Eric was eager to go above and beyond to assist me with other tasks. He moved 3 sets of washers and dryers from the basement, which is no easy task but Eric and his team tackled this task with ease. Ray and Adrian were amazing. They not only were fast with moving very heavy and delicate items, but they were so careful and respectful. They were a pleasure to work with not only for their diligence with helping us move, but they also provided us with great insights on the area that we appreciated so much since we're from out of state. They made me feel like it was a great decision to move our family to La Crosse. My husband and I both agreed that these two young men from Eric's Movers are what we hope our sons will grow up to be...smart, curious, kind, and helpful humans. I am disabled and have a tough time moving heavy loads and I just got a new apartment. I reached out and got an extremely reasonable quote for the move within minutes. Eric worked with me through all parts of the setup and planning. The day of the move they showed up exactly when promised and both guys worked their tails off! All of them were exceptionally personable and constantly outdoing each others work. They were kind about my disability and very considerate. 10/10 will always call Eric for a moving job and I can't reccomend them enough!
